I can imagine that many people learning Greek are new to living in Greece. They will have to set up a bank account or deal with various other services and government agencies. Along the way, there will almost certainly be hiccups in the process.
Being able to complain effectively in Greek to the rescue!
Often the exercises ask you to make recommendations or offer solutions to the problem. What’s the solution here to the problem of having to express complaints? Complain about it!
PS – I wonder if it is the same when preparing for other languages tests.
