Hello, fellow Modern Greek learner! Με λένε Λιζ (My name is Liz). I’ve been learning Modern Greek for about four years. During that time, I’ve met a lot of people, made friends, traveled in Greece and learned some Greek in the process. As with any journey, there’s been a few rough spots (psst…Greek grammar – I’m talking about you!) and lots of high points. This blog includes posts about some of those high points and low points, as well as thoughts about language learning and pages with suggested resources. I hope you will find this helpful your Modern Greek Learning Journey.

Throughout the blog, I’ll be writing both in Greek and in English. Please excuse the mistakes in Greek. I’m sure there will be many, as I’m currently (Sept 2023) somewhere between levels A2 and B1.
